In this case, a person with psychic ability can, as I have found thus far, predict a particular energetic response that is due in a persons lifetime....maybe even predict the series of events or people that are about at the time of the energetic release.

people themselves or events themselves ARE a series of energetic vibrations....especially a being...and they themselves are in constant flux....if someone were to predict that a certain person be present during certain predicted events, what they would really be reading would be the energetic thumb print of said person, as they were vibrating at the time of the psychic seeing.
if said person were to have their energy stimulated by a catalyst within their living field at any particular time....then their energetic print would no longer be the same...
point here is that the psychic is reading energy that has an appearance...if that energy changes then the persons or events predicted would change their face....maybe
